Female Islamic Artiste, Mariam Akiki, Puts To Bed

As you read this, congratulatory messages from friends and colleagues are flooding the household of femala Islamic artiste, Mariam Akiki, as she has just been delivered of a bouncing baby boy.

With this development, the ex wife to popular lead drummer with Saheed Osupa's band, Sunday Balogun better known as Oluperi, has apparently moved on after their breakup about two years ago.

Exposed! Female Islamic Artiste Who Loves Sleeping Around

+The Popular Men She Has Been With

For some reasons, the real name of this shameless singer who calls herself an Islamic artiste would not be revealed yet. But sometime soon her real name would pop up on this blog. This artiste who is self conceited and rude ranks as one of those who consider themselves stars in the industry but  who those that understand what Islamic music is all about know are not even close to being considered starlets not to talk of being full stars.

The real story about the female artiste is that apart from being a bad singer, she loves sleeping around to get favours from men! And one of the numerous men confirmed she has slept with is a top NURTW memeber in Lagos State. Another of the men that have had a carnal knowledge of this uncouth singer is a popular and charismatic Lagos based Fuji singer. And as if that is not bad enough, she has also reportedly slept with another not too popular very light complexioned Fuji artiste also based in Lagos.

That is not all. When she had an album launch in Lagos some years back, it was also revealed shortly after that one of the men who bankrolled the launch who is currently on the run for his indebtedness to a popular telecommunication company in the country was also sleeping with her like there was no tomorrow. There is also the story of an Ilaro based big boy who slept with her before doing her some favours about two or three years ago.

To cap it all, apparently to have access to free broadcast media that her quality of music does not deserve, she is also known to be sleeping with two top broadcasters in two different Yoruba language based radio stations in Lagos.

And her name? That is coming soon and it will shock you when you know her real identity.

Is Fuji Music Star, Saheed Osupa Truly Set To Accept Kokoro Taofeeq And Others Back To His Band?

If the insider's information just reaching Saheed Ojubanire Online is anything to go by, then there is a very strong likelihood that estranged band members of Fuji music star, Saheed Osupa, led by popular back-up singer, Kokoro Taofeeq, would soon be returning into the band. According to one of the estranged members (name withheld) who spoke with this blogger a while ago, all is set for their Back on Stage Show scheduled to take place at De Santos Hotel, Dopemu, Lagos, on October, 23rd, 2016.

And when asked what the fate of their replacements currently in the band would be, he said they would be shuffled together as it is only those still willing to return among them, the estranged members, that would be accepted and some of their replacements would have to give way for them. And how that would work out remained to be seen by the said date for the Back on Stage Show.

Meanwhile, this would not be the first time stories filtered in that the estranged band members were going to be reabsorbed into the band, that it never came to be. As a matter of fact, there was a Video CD released to that effect then, that Kokoro Taofeeq and few others of his "retired" colleagues spoke nostalgically about their imminent return but it never happened. And just maybe, it is going to happen this time around. That is only a matter of time.

It would be recalled that Kokoro Taofeeq and his fellow band members except from Sunday Oluperi and one or two guys, staged a strong rebellion against Saheed Osupa early last year by walking out on him at a show which caused him a lot of embarrassment. Their claim was that Saheed Osupa was owing them a long backlog of entitlements from performances they had been to. Meanwhile, Saheed Osupa thereafter reacted then by disengaging them and replacing them with new guys.

1 For The 1st, 2 For The 2nd,Female Islamic Artiste, Mariam Aqeeqy, Set To Be Delivered Of 4th Child To 3rd Hubby

+How Alleged Infidelity, Threat To Life, Broke Her Marriage To Celebrity Drummer, Sunday Oluperi,After 2 Kids

It is one thing to preach something and it is another thing to practice it. And that sums up the story of this female Islamic singer, Mariam Aqeeqy, who according to the impeccable information at the disposal of this blogger, would soon be delivered of a fourth child for a third husband in a row. She unabashedly had a baby shower some weeks ago which some of her female colleagues in the industry attended with a bit of media fanfare.

It would be recalled that Mariam Aqeeqy used to be married to a celebrity drummer, Sunday Balogun better known as Oluperi, the lead drummer to Fuji music star, King Saheed Osupa, and they had a blissful marriage for years which produced two lovely kids until things started falling apart and the center could no longer hold.

According to an insider's information, problem allegedly started when Oluperi began to suspect his wife of extra marital affair(s) and he, at a point in time, got so miffed about it that he got physical with her and left her a serious injury just above her eye lid which was obvious in a musical video Mariam Aqeeqy shot around that time despite the dark shade she wore in the video to conceal it.

Meanwhile, according to the source, when the problem of the infidelity refused to abate despite the hard stance of Oluperi against it, he had no other choice than to pack out of his matrimonial home unannounced, leaving his wife and the kids behind. However, that story was kept away from the media for a long time until Oluperi decided to open up to this blogger when he claimed there was a threat to his life due to some strange phone calls he was receiving because he dumped his wife.

But before the story which was flashed on the cover was published by City People magazine dated 24th June, 2015, efforts were made to contact Mariam Aqeeqy for her side of the story and with initial evasiveness and arrogance, she later responded to some of the questions thrown to her during a recorded telephone interview. And she later begged for the whole story to be buried but was told point blank that the story could not be "buried alive!"

One of the questions posed to her was whether she was having an illicit affair with a fellow Islamic artiste, Amir Cisse Olorire as alleged by Oluperi as one of her numerous illicit crimes, and she said the fellow who was already married to another woman was her "close friend" and if she decided to have an affair with him, it was nobody's business. And on the threat to life phone calls Oluperi claimed to be receiving because he dumped her, she said that was only a figment of his imagination.

In the course of the interview with Oluperi, he told Saheed Ojubanire that just like he had a child from another woman, Mariam Akiki already had a child for another man too before they got together to have another two together. And wait for this, the identity of the third man Mariam Aqeeqy is about to have her fourth child for has been revealed to match exactly, that of the fellow Islamic artiste Oluperi alleged she was having a liaison with.

My Only Regret At 70-- KSA

It is no longer news that the undisputable King of World Beats and Juju music legend, King Sunday Adeniyi Adegeye popularly known as KSA would be clocking a landmark age of 70 on Thursday, 22nd September, 2016. And as part of activities to celebrate the music icon, frontline broadcaster, Dr. Ambrose Olutayo Somide used his Raypower network programme "Minijojo" which aired on Tuesday, 20th September, 2016, between some minutes past 10 am and 12pm, for live tributes to the neo-septuagenarian.

While KSA was on phone from Ondo State speaking to Nigerians via the programme, many popular musicians had the opportunity to call in to air their wishes for him while the programme lasted. And some of those who were privileged to call in included: Evangelist Ebenezer Obey, Queen Ayo Balogun, Admiral Dele Abiodun, King Wasiu Ayinde Marshal (K1), Femi Opalemo, Mega '99, Bunmi Akinanu, Timi Orekoya, General Kollinton Ayinla, and few others.

Meanwhile, it was not just musicians who  paid glowing tributes to the music legend as other members of the society who have enjoyed the music of KSA which has spanned over 50 years also had the rare privilege to call in and that included: Senator Iyiola Omisore, Otunba Gbenga Daniel, Mrs. Mojisola Dokpesi and Oba Architect Aderemi Adedapo, to mention a few.

And when the programme was about to wound up, the anchor, Dr. Somide posed a question to KSA if he has any regret as he clocks 70 and the King of World Beats answered that his only regret was that, his wished his dad was alive to see him celebrate 70.

Ebenezer Obey Celebrates KSA On Live Radio As He Clocks 70

Juju music legend, King Sunny Adegeye (KSA) who will be 70 on Thursday (22nd September) was the Focus of celebration on  Fact File, a RayPower Network Segment on the Ultimate Morning Show (UMS) this morning, 19th September, 2016. The breakfast programme which also featured Veteran Broadcaster, Producer, Entertainment Writer and Critic,Pa Benson Idonije examined Sunny as a legend, his achievements and how Nigeria can harness his global exploits and achievements in repositioning Nigeria in the global arena and boosting her economy.

Benson Idonije who spoke on Sunny's career and his staying power that have  spanned 5 decades called on government to provide a conducive environment for arts and entertainment to thrive and as avenue for employment and revenue generation.

The Show anchored by award winning Ambrose Olutayo Somide also had another Juju Music Master, Chief Ebenezer Obey Fabiyi who also celebrated his iconic colleague saying KSA was a genius who has blessed the world with his talent and intellect.

An utterly stunned KSA while acknowledging all the kinds words said he owed a lot to the Media and the people and promised not to give up yet as he still had enough energy to go on even at 70.

Both Obey and KSA debunked the rumour of rifts that has dodged their careers of over 50 years. They maintained that they have over the years enjoyed warm relationship built on mutual respect and comradeship.

That was the first time both would appear on a live radio show in over 40 years.

A JOURNALIST'S OPEN LETTER TO GOVERNOR AKINWUNMI AMBODE

My Dear Governor,

A very good day to you sir, May the almighty God continue to
replenish and strength you to pilot the affairs of this great State of Lagos to the desired destination/itesiwaju.
Your dream and plans for a state that will move forward “itesiwaju” for our children and grand children will be a thing of pride of be achieved in our lifetime.
Your Excellency, most of your super fans, including myself, never believed you could achieve this much or quickly move this state forward within the short period but we voted for you because of good governance which we have been enjoying in Lagos by your great party which has never disappointed us.
Within your one year in office, we have seen and felt your “itesiwaju” moving Lagos forward with a lot of project being done from almost all the sectors and these include; building, reconstructing, expanding and renovations of roads.

Sir, Lagosians appreciate your efforts on Oworoshoki bus-stop which your government have done so well by creating  ultra modern bus stop to de congest the traffic on the third mainland bridge which usually starts around 4pm from Monday to Friday for those who are coming from the Island, the traffic has reduced to 60 percent now.
I will also like to use this medium to call your attention and observation to few other things which include a project that mayvreduce the traffic to 30 percent on third mainland bridge and will also reduce cost on transportation for Lagosians.

Attention/Observation on oworoshoki pedestrian bridge

Sir, the pedestrian bridge at Oworoshoki needs urgent renovation or another one to be put in place because the bridge is weak as it now vibrates any time people pass on it, despite the fact that it's being use by less people.

Aside that the fact that the bridge now vibrates, there are six holes on this pedestrian bridge and one can even see the vehicles going under the bridge and if care is not taken, one can mistakenly slip his/her feet into the hole while making use of the pedestrian bridge which is supposed to be safe for user.

Advice on Oworoshoki to Adeniji/Island

Sir, in a way to decongest the third mainland bridge of 40 or 30 percent traffic, I will advice the state government to create a marine/sea transport at Oworoshoki for people to ply from Oworoshoki to Adeniji, Victoria Island, CMS, Apapa, Lekki and Ajah so as to reduce road transportation. Creating sea transport in Oworoshoki which still have enough space for such will reduce the pressure on third mainland bridge and increase it life span as well as reducing the stress of many Lagosians.
Also, in creating the sea transport, your government can establish a car park in that place so that anybody coming with a car to the Island can also park their cars and join the stead boat to the Island fast and with less stress to their destination while they will also
pay a token for the car park.

Lastly, in creating sea transport and car park at Oworoshoki, I strongly believe the state government would have moved 20 percent forward for the benefit of those who uses (inter states) third mainland bridge.
Also, it will generate income for the state particularly with this economy situation of Nigeria.

I'll like to conclude with a quotation from me “The ability of a government is to look beyond the ability and capability of his/her cabinet but accept and digest it’s citizenry advice and suggestion to move a nation forward”.

Eko oni baje, Itesiwaju eko lo je wa lo’gun.

Yours sincerely,

Ola Muhammed
Publisher, Islanders International Magazine.

My Plan For K1 Against His 60th Birthday Next Year-- Top Classical Fuji Singer, Ramoni Akanni

God spare our lives, come March 3rd, 2017, the undisputable king of Fuji music, Alhaji Wasiu Ayinde Anifowose better known as K1 would be clocking the landmark age of 60. And being a massively popular musician, that attainment is surely going to call for a lot of fanfair from home and abroad. And while many people may still be in the process of figuring out how they would want to celebrate the Fuji icon in their unique ways, one of K1's disciples in the genre of classical Fuji seems to have made up his mind already. And he is no other than the very talented Alhaji Ramoni Akanni also known as RK1.

According to him while singing on stage on Friday, September 9th, 2016, at White House Hotel, Toyin Street, Ikeja, Lagos, where he was hosted by the ubiquitous City People Entertainment platform, he would be spearheading the production of a special birthday album which would be a collaboration with all the recognised Fuji artistes singing classical, a style created by K1. He reasoned that they all owed the Arabambi 1 a debt of huge gratitude and there would not be a better way to celebrate him at 60 other than in the tune of a Fuji style he created through which many, including himself, have become very successful in the industry.

He then went further to mention some names of K1 sing-alikes he could remember readily on stage whom he would be reaching out to soon for the project and that included: Kolade Onanuga (K2), David Ayinde, Ganiu Ayinde, S1, and a handful of other names. And he concluded that they would all be paying tribute of gratitude to the man who set the pace selflessly for them to follow in the industry.

Fans' Fanaticism: New "Mischievous" Picture Of Pasuma Begging Saheed Osupa Hits The Internet

There is no doubt that Fuji music fans are usually the ones fanning the embers of discord between two mega stars in the industry, Wasiu Alabi Pasuma, the self-styled Federal Government of Fuji and Saheed Osupa, the self-acclaimed King of Music. The obviously photo-shopped image below dramatically depicts, the "Federal Government of Fuji" paying homage to and begging the "King of Music" to pass the message of conceding a questionable superiority to the "royalty" by the "government" in the scheme of administration in the land.

Fuji Star, Sefiu Alao's New Album, "Agbara Orin", To Hit Music Shelves On Monday

Though its promo copy has ruled the social media for a while with his fans home and abroad already salivating for the full album to get into their homes, Saheed Ojubanire Online can report to you authoritatively that Fuji star, Alhaji (Dr.) Sefiu Alao Adekunle's latest album titled "Agbara Orin" would hit the music shelves nationwide on Monday, 5th September, 2016.

According to his Public Relations Officer, Gbenga Allinson, better known as Shoshogirisho who spoke with this blogger a while ago, the audio and video of the much anticipated album which promises to shake the Fuji music industry to its foundation, would be released together. And with the little already seen from the promo copy, the work has already established itself as Shefiu Alao in an "explosive" dimension. And like the Yorubas would say, "ki olori ye ori e" (let those who don't want to be hit take cover).

Meanwhile, Baba Oko as the Egba born, bred and based Fuji star is also  known, who just returned from an unprecedented tour of the Americas during which he performed on the sea for seven days back to back, has been having a very busy schedule of shows since his return.

Pasuma Disses Saheed Osupa On Live Radio For "Copying" His Branded Baseball Cap Style

For allegedly copying his branded baseball cap style where in he inscribed WASBAR Records' logo and of late, "HOD", Fuji star, Wasiu Alabi Odetola popularly known as Pasuma has dissed his long time rival in the industry, Saheed Osupa on a live edu-tainment radio programme presented by Yemi Sonde also known as Jigan Akala, on Faaji 106.5 f.m. Lagos, today, Friday, 2nd September, 2016, between the hours of 2 and 4 p.m. Osupa has just hit the social media with his own branded cap inscription of : "OSUPA: REAL FUJI, REAL MUSIC".

Jigan Akala who is the current president of Freelance and Independent Broadcasters' Association of Nigeria (FIBAN) was treating a topic tailored towards the squabbles that usually arise between Fuji artistes on one hand and artistes and their marketers on the other hand. After using mainly old records of the late Fuji creator, Alhaji Sikiru Ayinde Barrister and General Kollinton Ayinla in which they abused each other literally and metaphorically, Jigan Akala then gave room for artistes listening to start calling in.

After Fuji star, Safejo Amama, who was in the studio with the presenter has had his say on the matter and Gospel music star, Tope Alabi and Fuji act, Shanko Rashidi had both called in respectively too to air their own opinions, expectedly, a call came in from Pasuma afterwards. Pasuma is a known ardent listener to the programme. And in the course of his contribution on the matter, he confessed that artistes abusing each other in their records is a marketing strategy.

He actually sang one of the famous abusive songs Saheed Osupa once used against him which went thus: "se o ranti ijo t'o j'amala, iwo pelu Mathew Ididowo..." to illustrate a point. But he did not end his call without throwing a verbal jab at Saheed Osupa that, "...ati se fila, a won kan na ti lo se fila. Nkan ti abase ni won ma nse!" (We have done branded cap and they have copied it. It is always whatever we do that they copy).

Meanwhile, the presenter also announced that Saheed Osupa should call in if he was listening too, but the King of Music did not call in till the programme ended.
